There's many different things you can do to entertain yourself.
Pros: Clean, Quiet, Great Environment, Neighbors a friendly, close to lots of nature. Management is attentive, on site, and works hard to maintain the community.
Cons: Expensive space fee, rules are enforced not just on paper (this is a pro for us), and its pretty far off the beat path.

this place is not the kind of place you would want to take your family if there not all "white" and your RV is not brand new dont bother
It is very quiet here and neighbors are family...Every month at the Clubhouse, there is a potluck dinner and entertainment, Bingo, Music, Etc.
I have a few friends that love it a few that hate it.
